Northwest Arkansas Real Estate
Hi, I'm Kristin.Â
I help people build a life they love in Northwest Arkansas.

My Why

This career was never just about real estate.

After serving in the Army, I knew I wanted a life where I didn't have to miss the moments that mattered most. I missed my oldest daughter's first birthday while deployed to Afghanistan, and I promised myself that if I could build a different future, I would.

Real estate gave me that opportunity.

It allows me to be there for my husband and our three kids, build something meaningful, and still have the flexibility to enjoy life along the way.

One of my favorite things to do is travel. I'm the person who finds cheap flights out of XNA, packs everything into a backpack, and hunts down the best little hotels instead of the most expensive ones. I don't believe a good life is measured by how much you spend, it's about the experiences you create and the people you share them with.

Northwest Arkansas gave my family the chance to finally put down roots, and it's where we've chosen to build the life we always wanted. My hope is to help others do the same.

Why Northwest Arkansas
After living in several states and even overseas, Northwest Arkansas became the place where my family decided to put down permanent roots.
Â
Bella Vista, in particular, captured our hearts with its lakes, trails, mountain biking, and sense of community.
Â
We loved it so much that we eventually convinced my mom to retire here so she could be close to us. This isn't just where I work, it's home.
Life
Outside Real Estate
We stay busy, and I wouldn't have it any other way.

When I'm not working, you'll usually find us at the ball fields, cheering on our kids, or at one of the many Bentonville Run events. Through sports, we've met some incredible families who have become lifelong friends, and that's one of the things I love most about living here.

Most weekends we're somewhere around Bella Vista, Bentonville, or Rogers, riding bikes, catching a concert, trying a new restaurant, or seeing who can win at Topgolf.

Even after eight years in Northwest Arkansas, I'm still exploring it like a tourist. There are always new trails, local businesses, events, and hidden gems to discover. This year, I'm making it a goal to share more of those experiences, not just the real estate, but the lifestyle that makes this area such an incredible place to call home.

I hope I'll see you around the community. If you do, come say hi!
